Payment Information

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer and card payment. The available method and timing will be confirmed in your written quotation.

Card payments

Card payments must be made only through the secure method provided with the confirmed order. Never send a full card number, security code or photograph of a bank card through WhatsApp or email.

Bank transfers

Use only bank details supplied in the confirmed order communication. Check the account details carefully before transferring funds. We will not unexpectedly change bank details by message; if anything appears unusual, contact us using the details on this website before paying.

Cash on delivery

Where agreed, payment is due at delivery by the method and amount stated in the written order confirmation. Some made-to-order products may require a deposit before manufacturing starts.

Deposits and balances

Any deposit, remaining balance and cancellation consequences will be stated clearly before the order is accepted. Request a receipt for every payment and retain the written order confirmation.
